No-Run-Out Commitment FAQs
Residential and small commercial customers enrolled in Automatic Delivery may qualify if an unexpected run-out occurs, provided their account is in good standing and tank access is safe and clear. Please also notify us of any significant changes in propane usage so we can continue to schedule your deliveries accurately.

The Commitment may not apply in certain situations, including will call propane delivery accounts, blocked or unsafe propane tank access, past-due account balances, or significant usage changes that were not communicated. Equipment issues, third-party fills, and severe weather or events beyond our control may also impact eligibility. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions for complete details.
If you’re eligible, you’ll receive free propane equal to 20% of your tank size, applied to your next delivery.
For many residential customers, this could equal up to 200 free gallons (or equivalent litres), depending on tank size and eligibility.

2 x 420 lb/120-gallon tank
- Total capacity: 240 gallons (908 litres)
- Commitment percentage: 20%
- Free propane applied: 48 gallons (182 litres)
500-gallon tank
- Total capacity: 500 gallons (1,893 litres)
- Commitment percentage: 20%
- Free propane applied: 100 gallons (378 litres)
Your propane credit will appear on your next delivery ticket or invoice, where the eligible gallons are shown at $0.00 per gallon. You can also view your credit in your mySuperior account under Enrolled Programs. Any additional propane delivered will be charged at the current price per gallon at the time of delivery.

No. The credit is applied to your next delivery only and cannot be used toward a previous delivery. If it is not fully used, any remaining amount will carry forward to future deliveries.
Yes. Your propane credit is valid for one year from the date of the service interruption. Any unused amount will continue to be applied to future deliveries until it is fully used or expires, whichever comes first.
No. The credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is applied as free propane to your next delivery/deliveries.
