Advancement Opportunities

A select group of drivers and service technicians belong to Superior Plus Propane's "Assistance & Contingency Team" (ACT). This group is recruited to aid customer service centers with deliveries during extreme weather conditions or other instances when extra assistance is required.

Our "Superior Leaders" program is designed to empower and cultivate current and future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation within our company. It aims to identify, nurture, and enhance the leadership capabilities of individuals across all levels, enabling them to embrace new challenges, drive positive change, and contribute to our collective success.

Superior Plus Propane has several roles and specialties and encourages all of our employees to speak to their leaders about new opportunities for personal growth and exposure.

Educational Opportunities

We offer tuition reimbursement for programs that either offer growth and development in an area related to an employee’s current position, or that may lead to a future promotional opportunity within Superior Plus Propane. The company determines whether individual courses or development programs are job-related and eligible for reimbursement.

Our Summer Internship Program provides a meaningful development opportunity for college students to learn more about the company and our industry and work in an area that they're interested in. Employees manage the interns as part of their own development, giving them first time management experience.

We encourage employees to take advantage of available learning opportunities and training certifications such as the Certified Employee Training Program (CTEP), general onboarding, compliance, and more.
