2026 Spring Promotional Offer (“Offer”) Terms and Conditions

These 2026 Spring Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”) are subject to the terms and conditions contained in any Eligible Customer’s (defined below) General Retail Agreement (“Retail Agreement”) with Superior Plus LP or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, as applicable (“Superior”). If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a Retail Agreement, the Retail Agreement will prevail, as applicable. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in a Retail Agreement.

Eligibility:

1. The Offer is available exclusively to new (not existing) residential and small commercial^[1] customers in the United States, excluding Vermont and Connecticut, which customers:
   a. are expected to consume at least 200 gallons of Product per year, as determined by Superior in its sole discretion^[2];
   b. rent all required Equipment from Superior (new customers with customer-owned equipment are not eligible);
   c. are enrolled in an automatic delivery program; and
   d. have entered into a Retail Agreement with Superior and are current and not in breach or default thereunder.
2. Any customer that satisfies the foregoing eligibility criteria is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as an “Eligible Customer”. To receive any Offer element set out below, a customer must be considered an Eligible Customer at the time such Offer element is applied.

Offer:

3. Account Credit.
   a. With respect to the Selected Customer Location^[3] only, Eligible Customer will receive: (i) a USD $250.00 account credit upon Equipment installation at the Selected Customer Location (the “Installation Date”); and (ii) a further USD $250.00 account credit upon the first anniversary of the Installation Date (the “Anniversary Date”), provided that Eligible Customer purchased at least 400 gallons of Product from Superior between the Installation Date and the Anniversary Date.
   b. Account credits will be automatically applied to first Product delivery(ies) following the Installation Date and the Anniversary Date (if applicable), until exhausted.
4. Waiver of First Year Equipment Rental Fee and MUC. At the Selected Customer Location only, the Equipment Rental Fee and MUC payable with respect to the first year of the Initial Term under Eligible Customer’s Retail Agreement will be waived.
5. Waiver of Equipment Installation Fee. At the Selected Customer Location only, the Equipment installation fee payable under Eligible Customer’s Retail Agreement will be waived, up to a maximum of USD $299.00. This element of the Offer: (a) applies only to Eligible Customers that switch to Superior from an alternative/competitive propane supplier; and (b) does not apply to Change of Ownership Customers, nor Eligible Customers that switch to Superior from an alternative energy source.

General:

6. The Offer is subject to applicable Sales Taxes and other fees as set out in any Eligible Customer’s Retail Agreement.
7. The Offer may not be combined with any other promotional offer. The Offer may only be applied once per Eligible Customer (will not be applied separately to various accounts or Customer Locations) and is not transferrable. The Offer has no cash value and will be forfeited if not applied within the Initial Term of any Eligible Customer’s Retail Agreement.
8. The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are effective as of April 1, 2026 and expire on May 31, 2026. Superior reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
